Each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted as a unique, custom creation. Because of the personalized and one-of-a-kind nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order details carefully before confirming, as once production begins, changes cannot be made. If there are any issues with craftsmanship or quality upon delivery, please contact me within 7 days, and I will be happy to discuss adjustments or repairs
